Lostboater, Capt. Gary and I had a fine tour of Florida over the last five days.

Along the way we met up with Terryvanman, Flordian and ADKjim and dined on average food until Ken and I made it to Lynn's.

Find the write up about it here:

And lots of sweet pics and moments on the blog link, as well!

Bill is bored at work and had time to post all of this. I will add just a little...it was a great trip!!! Little hot with the temperatures in the 80"s. (Eat your hearts out cold people).

Eventually, I will post here:

Yes, I got back in the office and had to deal with messages and emails.

Sarah had sent out invoices as I left and had one client calling to complain.

So I decided to have fun by posting about the cool ride.

Thursday and Friday will be busy catching up.

Back to the ride...I was so pleased to find that Rocket is still faster than Fred!

Even at 85,000 miles. What a machine!

Yeah! Can't wait!

Spent Wednesday eve cunningly plotting a backroad GPS route between here and PNW's place in Washington...and have been itching to wire up the GPS (and a 12v outlet)...but it's been in the freakin' teens or low 20s here all week...five inches of snow forecast for this weekend...hard to believe we'll be sweating and piling on the miles in three months!!

I changed my mind and decided to arrive in Seattle on the 17th of May. Then take a week to get to Morro Bay for the start.

Mark Bobotek may be riding with me down the coast. We could try to catch up to you guys along the way.

Great Ride
Bill,

Thanks for the super photos and travel log. Your posts are good therapy for those of us not yet thawed out in the North. 5" of snow today, 5" of snow
coming tomorrow. I think my snowblower has a larger engine than my Vespa. They are both the same color.

Hi Bob, Glad you enjoy the little stories.

I simply couldn't endure the endless winter.

No riding would kill me for sure.
