P125x engine in Douglas 92L2. Poor job?

Im beginning to think this conversion wasnt done very well as it seems off centre. The rear wheel isnt central to the body and the cylinder head snags on the bodywork.
Theres box section welded underneath to hold the smaller p125x swing arm.
Wondering if i should remove that and use a proper conversion kit? Or is it ok as is?

also, change your kickstart lever out.

if you don't have a cylinder shroud, you need one.

Nothing takes the soul out of a Widebody like installing a Largeframe engine in it.

That being said, zero fuks were given when they installed said LF engine in this.
