APE the handlebars on the et4 have a standard fitment as they came off a Vespa lxv.

you could easily use the stock LH side cable actuated pull for the rear and then do whatever on the front (disc or no disc) and use a stock throttle pull with a modified cable or an aftermarket quick throttle. pinch bolt goes thru the front.
