Keep dreaming, I'd say. I saw an interview with a Vespa top shot who explained that a 350 or, God forbid, a 500 engine would require a completely new chassis, wheel size and resulting design makeover to cope with that power. The problem would be that, to be safe, the bike would no longer look like our beloved Vespa.
It's like putting a Ferrar engine in a Mini Cooper. Nice, fun, but you don't want to serial produce such a car because the untertaker's statistics would go way up. So you make that Mini Cooper larger, heavier, more streamlined and it works great with that Ferrari engine... but it ain't a Mini Cooper. any more.
