Everyday is like Sunday.....
It's a bank holiday weekend, I haven't got any work to do and yesterday I got my first salary cheque in nearly 25 years..... I'm sat on the patio, stroking my cat and drinking coffee, what's not to like. Thing is now to learn how to make this cheque last a month and not go and buy new suspension door the scoot.
If that's the hardest decision..... hello to the world of employment (not self-employment). Have a good Bank Holiday all..... x |

Visit
I had a nice ride out to Box Hill this morning to meet up with Capitano and other special guest stars.
An excellent time was had. There were many in jokes and much laughter. I rode swiftly home before the Bank Holiday traffic started. Thanks Guys. Bill xxx |

Fwd: Puncture today!
So I had a puncture looked like a screw got into my front tire. Silver
lining is it gave me a chance to use my tyre plugging kit that I've had for 2 years! (Glass half full or what!). Hopefully the following pictures will tell the story better than my words can. All in all I'm very pleased with the product although I had to slightly trim the mushroom headed plug as my post op muscles were not up to the task of tightening the allen key. I'll also add the YouTube video that I used for guidance. |

Hi Tony
I use this compressor pump that works off the 12v outlet and easily fits under the seat with all my security gear and tools |

Just checked my diary, got a free week next week so off on le jaunt to Northern France...Dover -Calais...2 nights then Caen -Portsmouth. The weather forcast predicted tres jolie. I've scooted Northern France and Brittany before.. Pretty scenery and coast , but pretty boring and dead towns and villages.. So I'm committing myself to a gourmet hunt. Will overnight at Les Treport de Somme, and Etretat... Lunch stops at Boulogne and Honfleur... snacks / cafe / digestif on the way.
Searching mainy for seafood.. I know the oysters / huitres are good but anyone know of any other places for food, or points of interest. Bon voyage. Gass silver machine GTS |
