Hello, I am interested in purchasing the Vespa pictured, but the owner doesn't have much info for me. I would be interested in learning anything at all, including the value. I do know that it is a 125. Thank you very much

There should be a sticker on inside of legshields with year. That is original color. So its 79 or 80 P series. I havent seen many 78 or 81 in that color but could be.

OK great. Any idea on a value? Or where the best place to explore this would be?

Another suggestion: Go on Ebay motors, search vespa p125 - completed listings for your area. Meanwhile, does it run? Miles? Clean title? Etc... My best guess - about $1500 for a titled, clean, good running P.

Since the OP doesn't know what year it is I'm guessing that there is no title. Am I wrong? If not you need to check your local DMV and explain the situation. I can't tell you how many times I've heard a seller say "For an antique vehicle all you need to get a title is a bill of sale.". Maybe in some places but not where I'm from.
