Modern Vespa

Finally, after a weird summer, managed to finish it!
Painted in Scuderia Red, dechromed it, matte black rims, red accents, custom seat apart from the whole engine which was modded some time ago!

It is still missing the Vespa logos, which are being painted black now.
Here you are some pics of how it is now, bad quality pics as they were taken with my phone, tried to edit them nicely.

Had some extra red tape so decided to try and customise my helmet, which was already matte black



Tainted the tailights with FullDip...



Kind of ended up looking too dark, I'll try to remove it and apply it again with some thinner layers or something...

This 2 stroke is not as many others!
Engine has currently:
- Yasuni R modified exhaust. The modification was made in order for it to fit in the bike, as otherwise, it wouldn't fit.
- Top 74cc AC cylinder.
- Del'lorto 17.5 carb, the bike runs this carb from stock, but changing it into an aftermarket one does make a difference, decided to run this one instead of the 19 because didn't need that much.
- Malossi Multivar Variator kit
- Malossi primary transmission.
- Malossi Reed Valves
- Malossi air filter.

And probably missing some other stuff right now!

So...decided to remove the black tint of the rear lights, will try again later this week with less and thinner layers to see if the result looks better!
Completely amezed by the way this is removed!

Final result..by now!

So, after some time looking for some new grips, Aliexpress gave me the solution.
This barracuda copy look stunning!
Though I didn't know barracuda existed, bought them just for the looks, and when they arrived decided to check on their website. 50 euro the pair looks far too much!
If anyone interested, cost was like 10 euro or so...
Let's see how time passes and how they look in some time, but for now, the looks and the feel seem just fine!
