Found this on the net today. It is for the German market - looks as though it uses a loophole in their legislation to allow car drivers to ride the mp3 without taking a bike test>

The spacers look like the part that is necessary to make the wheels wider. The turn signals are to make the turn signals wider.

The fascinating part is the big hunk o' black metal at the top, which looks to be the footbrake. Judging by the cable, it hooks up to the parking brake, which is cable-activated to begin with. So the footbrake maybe essentially activates the parking brake, which seems wrong to me. I don't think the parking brake is fully capable as a moving brake.

In any case, I'm utterly bewildered by the aluminum lever-looking thingies.
