Interested in one of these but every time I bring it up on the SIP site it shows it as costing $84.36.........I don't think that is correct.........is it? I guess I just need to call them.

Things are cheaper in Germany, but shipping costs a little more.

If the dollar goes back up, it will be even cheaper....
Since it's probably a bit of an inconvenience to ride on over and pick one up, put it in your cart and then hit the check-out button. They automatically calculate shipping for you.

I bought mine from ScooterPartsCo, and now that I finally got a solid install (Thanks, Moto Europa in StL!) I love the twin screen. The height adjustment for weather is so handy with our shifting seasons, the other morning I rode in the cold at high speed with the screen up, then after lunch sauntered home in the sunshine with it pushed back down for more airflow. Highly, highly recommend.

I did order my Faco Twin Screen from SIP since it worked out to be cheaper (by about $30). It has worked very well for me over the last 15K miles. It's well made and installs pretty easily.

Pricing from SIP can be cheaper, but you need to calculate how much shipping will be to see if it's cheaper from a US supplier. Sometimes SIP cost with shipping is still cheaper, sometimes it isn't.

I have had good luck ordering from SIP and shipped to US in the past. Items comes in 5-7 business days and are well packed. I've never had any damage to items.

You might look at ordering other items as well if they are cheaper and can be bundled in shipping.

I just checked and to ship it to Southern California it is about $30 in shipping. I cant imagine it would be much different to Missouri.

Hope this pic helps: it's a really simple system operated by loosening the finger screw thingies (shown at bottom right of pic) and sliding the screen up and down on the chrome bars that normally hold up the primary screen.

Perfect, thank you! Does seem like a very cool system - I just put in my order! need that in San Francisco where the weather can vary tremendously.

How is the quality of the shield? As thick/strong as OEM? I'm currently rocking the OEM tall one.

It's thicker. More pieces so it requires a bit adjustment sometimes.

The tall OEM whistles in the Kansas wind. This one doesn't.
