That looks like fun.

If it's worth 40.00 for a day ticket only time will tell.

The word artisan always makes me a bit suspicious.

The weather hasn't really been conducive to scootering recently.
Hopefully the rain with f*** off at some point.

Hi Alice.

At the moment I'm booked to fly back on the 27th - but I might well have to extend my stay if the flat move doesn't happen when it was originally arranged.

Lots of packing up and stuff to do...

I'd have loved to have gone over to Normandy this year. Lucky you.

I just got back from Salzburg in Austria and was suitably impressed by the numbers of Vespas I saw. They probably made up half the two wheeled transport, usually ridden by young and attractive riders.

Pretty much an even split between GTSs and modern 125s of all flavours, though I did see a couple of vintage small frames and one lovely looking GS160.

They all looked clean and tidy unlike typical London transport which is impressive for a country with severe winters.

no scoot weather
I'm getting itchy throttle hand, as I haven't been able to get a good sunny ride around for a month.
Crap weather, rain and wind. The last 2 weeks I'd arranged for a ride out with Bill Dog, One to Rykers Box Hill and the other to the Spitfire Cafe, Biggin Hill.. Both days a washout.
This time last year there was lovely sunny riding weather. This pic was around August last year.
If weather fairs up I'll post.. Always look on the bright side of life.. even in Brit weather.

Just give the little un 3 months to develop a good set of lungs for full volume.
When I had twins we made curtains out of duvets to absorb the sound.

Ashbrook ride out
Hi Andy.. I can do some time on thursday daytime..
I'm assuming you've got school holiday time.
I'm in London Bridge that day, but I'm going to the Theatre in the afternoon to see Fleabag... its a hot ticket so I've got to be finished and back in London Bridge by latest 3pm..
So How about meeting south london for 10 am... We could head out west along the river, do Richmond, Richmond Park , then maybe Wimbledon common, and back via Dulwich. Stops along the way.
Or head south down to Biggin Hill accross M25. to Westerham, westwards on the A25.. Godstone Reigate, to Box Hill then back north east through Cheam, Sutton, Tooting...
Let me know what yah think. Gass

Meet up
Lovely day out today riding with the very knowledgeable Gass. Had a good old chinwag and was introduced to two eateries that have been around for ages but were not known to this Londoner until today!

Top ride too!
Thanks again mate!
