So is that just a country model specific version of the BV?
No shield. Looks the same for the rest, with some subtle differences.
In the US the turn signals are not running light integrated.
Don't think any turn signal interfere is there

How about the bar end parts where this would bolt up to???
That's the big factor.
Only the US get the turn signal pods to meet DOT Regs.

European light kit?
Anyone here have the European light kits on their BV? I'm interested in using them as blinkers (front faring) the way the Europeans do. I'm a little disappointed the stock US version is as useless lightwise as it is.

If so, where do you get 'em?

If you have a 2018 the fronts are correct from what my dealer say, you just need to add the socket and move the cables from the blinker pods to the front leg shield area. Soldering involved.
Rears, go to a European website and order online. Ordered mine from www.motorcyclespareparts.eu

I think the hand guards need to be custom mounted. If you remove the bar ends, there's no way for a permanent location. Especially the left side. Any downward force will unscrew the mounting screw. You would need a locater notch in the handle bar. I've thought about a taper in the spacer would wedge it in the end of the bar. With only a 0.125 step from the threaded hole, that would be a tight tolerance.

Heard back from them. Avail but 30-35 euro shipping.
Kit includes new smaller bars weights as seen in the picture, between the grips and handguard frame.

Remove your bar ends and bolt the new package on.
Fits 300 & 350s.

We've got them on order. Should be here early to mid-February. About $110-120, depending on the exchange rate and what our overall shippping cost from Italy for the order is.

UPDATE

I got the proforma for our next order from Piaggio yesterday, and there are eight sets of BV350 handguards on it, so we will more than likely have them by the end of next week. I'll put them on the site as soon as tracking shows they've left Pontedera. 1B006174

Threads like this is one of the things that makes Modern Vespa so great. I didn't even know these handguards existed until I saw this thread January 17th, and I'll have them in stock next week. I haven't seen them on any of the big European sites yet.

I'm looking forward to seeing who makes them. Derbi makes a lot of the plastics for Piaggio, and in the past I know Acerbis made parts for MG and Aprilia.

They have left Italy. Here is the link to them on our site. I didn't realize Piaggio made a whole collection of faux carbon fiber parts for the BV 350. Depending on how well these do, we might look at adding more parts.

Might want to check to see if they can't be used with certain windscreens. That would save on item returns.

Give the dealer the part number, Piaggio will ship it to them. Doesn't matter whether is it a US part or not, but will have to come from EU so it will take a few weeks.

We are not a Piaggio USA Dealer. We own an interest in a very small dealership in Italy, so we can purchase directly from Piaggio in Italy.
So a US dealer might be able to order them, even though they aren't in the system, but it might be a while before they show up. The big online German dealers purchase their parts from the same distributor in Germany, and they didn't have the part listed in their catalog when we got these ones. I think we've got two or three sets left.

will more supply coming again soon after you sell out?
