looks good!

But I hope you didn't weld without the bearings in the casings?!?

Risk of warping the casings without the bearings in when Welding due to the high temperature...

So the crank, carb and clutch came today.
The crankshaft had very little protection in the boks just single wrap of bubble wrap 🤔
But gonna check it during the week.
So then I am gonna start buying together the machine😎

And a picture of the post stamps that my future wife got to the wedding invitations.
Me and her on my Primavera

Soo didn't hit me that I have grind down the flywheel side to make the crank fit. Until to day when a friend of mine came by to take a look at the project.
So when to and dremling and grind the flywheel side.
But do I have to do something with the rotary pad. Like grind it down or just leave it.
The crankshaft : drt full circle- 45089000(sip part number)

Yes gonna use direct intake to cylinder., just wondering if I have to remove the lip or something to make the crank fit on the clutch side😋
Gonna wash the block to day and start working on it

As usual, the ports on a T5 motor have me drooling and your motor is especially gorgeous.

Stupid question: Has anybody ever tried fitting a T5 top end on a smallie motor and if not what are the obstacles? Just serious welding & machining challenges or basic geometry won't fit?
Someone on the small frame forum has done it. But it was a lot of work. The links are dead now though. I tried find it but no joy

So T5Wilhelm, give us some updates.

#1, how's married life?
#2, how's the scooter engine? Do you have more details on the rest of the build?
#3, how's married life AND scooter life together?
