A quick ride (25 miles each way) to Herbertís Mexican Restaurant in New Braunfels. The high was only 92F, so a great day to ride.

Great shrimp enchiladas and chips and salsa!

Thanks for the report. Of course that is "dry heat" so it ain't the same as the other heat. Or that is what people told as I crossed Kansas in over 100 temperatures. I am sorry, but to me hot is HOT, wet, dry or snowy.

I expect you have some excellent Mexican Restaurants in your area.
I am sure they are on par with "Lutefisk and Lefse" here in Frost Bite Falls
Minnesota.

To be honest, I love Mexican Cuisine and can not stand Lutefisk.
