Hi folks. Has anyone came across this issue before where the ABS ring in the brake disk is rubbing against the fork bracket.

Looks like spacers must have been in the wrong order.

My thoughts exactly , but only spacer is ring and washer which were in it already .. will take another look tonight on the chance I missed something.

Okay, when back over the full set up and all parts, washers , pins etc are all set correctly on the hub and wheel axle .. I am waiting for the parts company to double check the new fork details they send me , as starting to suspect the wheel axle is a different length or something .

Another point , could my torque wrench be faulty and I am over tightening? What happens when you over tighten, could I have damaged bearings ?

More likely squashed something. Like a washer.
