After disassembly and measurement of parts the springs were the only part out of tolerance.
The manual shows(with a typo) the spring free length to be; 0.6023in. 15.3mm. The wear limit is 0.59in. 15.0mm. Here are the measurements.
The rollers showed no wear
That's about $70 with shipping.
The rollers are metal, unlike variator rollers and looked to last the life of the motor.
My troubleshooting skills were spot on with this. When the bike reverts back to strong wheel spin during idle, it's weak clutch springs.

My Malossi clutch kit shipped yesterday, so the clutch should be reinstalled this weekend.
Still waiting on OEM seals from EU, so it may be the following weekend B4 the bike is back to commuter duties
