Today my daughter is home sick with me on the look after. Decided to do an annoying little job on my P2 that ive been putting off - replacing the grommet that the pod hook runs through. The other one poked and ive been waiting for my side panel to fall off.

Awhile ago i replaced the engine with a px200 i pinasco kitted. I took the opportunity to 12 volt it cause the lights were terrifying. 6v non rectified. Holy fuck what a bodge job i did! I cant work out whats what in there and a chocolate block for the cut out green! Anyway, all works ok, but may need to think about a new loom. Wiring sux.

Dat dang GREEN wire
Generally the GREEN WIRE is engine kill wire... if it’s wrong, engine won’t start .
Try SEARCH: here are some results (search was for “green wire” in “title only”)

Put the tank back and look after your poor Daughter. You know the minute you tidy it up it won’t ever work again. If there’s no bare wires to short out step away mate.

Good advice Worrywort! Yep, i put it all back. It works fine for now.

Problem (and joy) of scoots for me is a constant learning. The first time you do something, always some trial and error.
