Just a quick note on a trick I used while installing a new harness. I did have the headset off and tank out. The veterans probably have a better way. I attached a spare wire to the main batch of wires going to the headset and a separate one attached to the horn and a separate one for the brake. When I pulled out the old harness these wires came back through the frame. Next I attached the new harness to the wires and pulled the new harness sections to their respective holes.

Now someone can tell me what I should have done. Thanks for listening.

I also did exactly that when I replaced the harness on my Super. Made the job reasonably easy. I saw it done on a video somewhere. Thumbs Up!

Drag thru a few bits of string while threading loom... then in the future if you ever need to add something, just tie it is & pull it thru.
Also, add 2-core (beefy, sheathed stuff) & 5-core trailer flex, then there is heaps of colour coded wires ready to go.
