Did you try a Vespa dealer? They should have a source they go to when doing bodywork. Maybe the source isn't Piaggio, maybe just an automotive paint shop that can mix up anything needed from the paint code?

I also see there's rsbikepaint.com in the U.K.

I know Scooter West sells touch up paint but not pens. I'm not sure shipping from San Diego USA to you would be worth it.

is it SIP the European equivalent?! Not sure other than the suggestion mentioned about checking with a local scooter shop to see if they can get their hands on one for you.

Scooterpaint.com. That's where I get my Vespa touch up paint.

I don't know about other colors but when I had a black Vespa I found a fingernail decorating pen at the drugstore (in the nail polish aisle).
The black matched perfectly and had a very fine point.
They have a good selection of colors.

I used touch up paint on my new Primavera and it was the 880/A and it doesn't look good. The scratch was too deep so I'm going to have to paint the entire body someday. Every time I think of the bike I think of the scratch. lol

No UV resistance though. It won't last long.

And never use the brush in the bottle of touch up paint, way to big.
https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ has good articles on paint touch up the right way.

Hopefully, in time that feeling will fade. Life's short, don't obsess over something that is inevitable.
