Hey guys this barrel and piston was given to me by our local Indy Engineering I just wanted to get your opinons on what he has done.

I am no engineer and very far from a scooter know it all let alone a guru so your comments will also draw pictures for my mind

It was a standard 200 Barrel which he has ported and cut to match the Engine case of the P200e (Or so he has explained) has this been tried before and what are your guys thougths.

I can add other photos just let me know what you want to see

It is difficult to say without seeing pictures of the inside of the cylinder.

Cheers.

It looks a little bit like it has a sleeve in it, which is odd.

I think he has done this to it but not gone as far... but hard to say from the pictures.

Not the best photos but can make out the internal ports are joined to these ports cut on the outside.

Can't imagine why someone went to all that trouble and kept the garbage original piston. What do the ports measure?
