Maybe you remember how many rpm engine have on 50km/h or similar. Because my one is around 6000rpm and its coming some noisy sound from variator. And maybe you know how many grams weihgt are in your J.Costa variator

The weights wouldn't be of help to you as I fitted it to my T-Max. Although it is 500cc engine characteristics are quite different. The J Costa had the 'bullets' changed every 20k along with the belt. About 50k it began to give trouble, felt like a slipping clutch. I replaced the bush and the sliding pin-expensive- and no lasting improvement. The bell checked out OK. Maksor advised Dr Pulleys, so the original variator went back in with the good Doctors product. I've been very happy having made the change.

They should be 22 grams and there are 14 of them.

Well i've tested all Malossi, Polini, Power+, Tech pulley and the JC
Don't like the way a Jc react its more on/off not as smooth

a JC is the one of the 2 that does not wear out as much as malossi or Polini
