I've been using speed wear which is Android watch app but i use it on phone mounted to mirror bar.

I use SpeedTracker. Admittedly on an iPhone, but there's probably an Android version. I have used for both short trips and a multi day trip to give total distance, average speed, produce a map etc.

I use SpeedView, which I like because it creates a log that you can export and get a report & map of your route. It shows highest speed, elevation etc.
