I checked the original fuel and oil lines on my US 2005 PX150. Both are very hard and could crack and leak at any time. So I have decided to replace these two lines. I have on order new OEM fuel and oils lines for this bike. Additionally, there is a very good video showing how this is done on a Stella posted on YouTube. The web address is:

However, the precise routing for the PX150 is not described in this video. The question I have relates to the actual routing of these two lines inside the frame of a PX150. Do these lines go above or below the choke cable? This was an issue when I restored my 63 Allstate. I first got fuel starvation and had to re-route the fuel line to eliminate the problem. I can't recall just how I did it. I do know that with a gravity feed fuel system, the routing is critical. With the PX150, perhaps the routing issue will be self-explanatory once I remove the fuel/oil tank assembly. If anyone has advice regarding the installation and routing of these two lines, I would appreciate receiving it very much. Thanks.

Both go below the choke cable. The fuel line will come from the fuel tap on the left side, go under the choke cable and then out of the frame on the right side. Hose length should be 2. The oil tap is adjustable as it screws into the tank and you want it pointing to the right so its a straight shot to the frame hole.

The fuel line will refill itself easily but the oil line wont. You can lean the scooter over and let it gravity fill or you can just suck on the end of it to help prime it.

Thank you MJRally for the detailed description on how to route the fuel and oil lines on my PX150. Your comments will be most helpful when I begin the project. I appreciate your reply very much.
