Hey guys and girls,
Past year just before summer i bought a cosa 200
In the beginning i was not planning to do big changements to it just drive it and enjoy
But after coming home with it the fuel line came off so decided to put a new one.
At the same time i decided to clean the carb

And there i did my firts mistake.
When starting the scoot it would go to high rpm instantly and throttle was not responding like it should.
After ascing here and on an other forum poeple told me i bended the carb by overscrewing it
So took the carb back off and put it on a glass surface and yes it was bended.
So took some sanding paper with olil on and started flatting the carb on it with succes.

Looking good and now you have it running right and everything inside cleaned, painted and fixed. You managed to do the 'aged' paint job beautifully and as a bonus it hides any little flaws. So much better than commercial fake patina. I even like all your stickers, just the right touch.

Now let's have a pic of you riding it!

Because my brakeline was pinched i needed a solution.
Eather blend the hole and only use the cable
Or find a deacent braided line kit.
And after surching a wile i found an Itailian compagny who made kits for the cosa and not expansiv.
So i ordered it
And after 1 week it arrived

Verry nice kit

So today i had the time to instal this kit
I told my wife its only an hour work
Yeah right it took me 5 houres to do this thing
Working on cosa brakes is a pain in the ass!
First remove the old lines

I had to cut the rear line on the both places because the screws where to tide

Removing the clip that holds the rear line in the frame was also fun it was hidden behind crap and would not come off

So its not the o ring that failed the oil leak is my foult.
When bleeding the brakes i didnt closed the bleeding screw hard enough and with driving the screw came loose and al the oil came out.
So need to bleed the brakes again
