Installed the above today on my 2013 GTVie.
Cannot get the RIGHT TS to work. Red light blinks but not yellow LEDS as in the left TS. These are on rear of scooter.
I have NOT installed front set as want to get rear working properly.

Not sure how to do that as Lights are pre-wired and I plugged in supplied adapter for both right and left light.
Running lights had separate yellow wire from each light and i connected each onto yellow with black stripe wire on right rear of scooter.
However I notice there are 2 yellow with black stripe wires on back right of scooter. When connecting into one, I got no running light at all. As now connected, I have running lights but TS as indicated above does not function properly on right side.
I have a video showing this but too large to upload onto this site or I do not know how. Tried attaching as a file but got error.

I think the problem youíre having is that you havenít yet changed the flasher unit in the legshield. Once the front installation is done the rear should work fine.

The ScooterWest video for the installation of that light set is, as usual, very clear.

The only taps to do are 1) yellow ScooterWest wire to the white wire at the turn signal flasher plug in the legshield, and 2) yellow ScooterWest wire to the yellow and black stripe wire in the wire bundle at the rear right side of the bike that supplies power to the tail light.

David,

Thank you. I was thinking that might be a possibility. I did the rear first thinking it would only take a few minutes. Lately a few minutes turn into hours as I re plumber the wires since I do not like taping rolls of wire and stuffing it out of the way as Robot shows in the video.

Nowhere does he suggest front being complete before the rear. Of course, that is how the video goes. On my GTV ie I have a rack on front to remove which also made it a simple decision to do the rear first.

I will do as suggested.

Thanks again

Can you get the horn cover off without removing the rack?

Alternatively, you should be able to fish the yellow wires using only the turn signal openings with the left kneepad thingy removed.

Use the straight part of a wire clothes hanger with some electrical tape to secure the yellow wire to the hanger.

Should be only slightly more work than the rear installation.

Hello again,
Finished the install of front lights etc. Easier than the reas as I did NOT improve on the wiring ad tucking it inside the front fairing was simpler than hiding rear cables.

Bottom line is the right rear Turn Signal STILL does NOT work as it should. The yellow flashing Turn indicator LEDS never come on. Then I turn on the right TS, the front works perfectly and the rear only flashed the red led running light.

Will call Scooterwest tomorrow for resolution.

nal hello on this topic.

Closer inspection found that I had switched the ground wire on a connector for earlier install of additional Turn signal LEDs. That install worked fine as where ground wire was positioned didn't matter.

When I discovered and properly positioned the ground wire in the connector, all was fine and working as advertised.

Good thing if any from this is that I . got to install the rear TS assembly 2 times as I removed it and switched each part from side to side to aid in diagnosis. Result of all the switching was things worked on the left but not the right. That is when I looked very close at the wiring and found additional wires from previous install.
