So my wife laid her Premivara 150 over on its port side (left). Fortunately, she was going 0 mph and laid it gently in the sand. No damage!

My question is, do I need to think about changing the oil as is necessary on other brands?

Not change but check the level and then Probably all you need to do is service the air filter per your owners manual and clean out any excess oil.

What Cosmos said. If the engine was running, there's a good chance the air filter box is full of oil.

Direction of the fall matters as to what happens to the oil.

I got t-boned a couple years ago and it really messed up the engine. It ran on it's side for a little bit and no amount of oil changes could address the problem. If she laid it down and it ran for any longer than a couple minutes, it could have issues. If she's not having any problems, you probably don't need an oil change.
