I have a 40litre Lomo holdall and its an excellent piece of kit.
If their panniers are as good, you won't go far wrong.
They have a fair range of different styles of bags, I've found the holdall style are easier to get stuff in and out of than the top loading cylinder style drybags.
I think the 30 litre rucksack would be ideal for sitting in the step-through area, and easy to carry around when you stop.

I use one of these on my Moto Guzzi. Cheap and well made. Not saddle bags but a banana bag which would work fine on the PX.
