![]() I'm new to this whole Vespa thing so pardon me if I ask a few questions.
1. On average how many people attend these events. ? 2. Do most people ride from there from home to the event ? ( or is this more a trailer queen event) 3. How many vendors of parts, chatsky's , attend ? 4. Is there a flea market for Vespa owners ? 5. Are there planned rides in the area ? Thank you for any responses. |

Well, everything's for sale on some level, right? 5. That's the main attraction, if you don't know others attending. Depending on the location, there's coffee, chicken, or apple butter. Next year I'd plan on coffee. ![]() |

![]() By the way, most rallies including Amerivespa welcome all makes of scooters, not just Vespas.

![]() Just looking ahead to AV, and checking the hotel, it seems the only room that comes up at the event rate is a single king room. I'm guessing that a lot of people (myself included) tend to share a room. As much as I like my friends, it's nice having separate beds....unfortunately the rate jumps to $220 a night for those rooms.
![]() Any chance of getting a rate on other room options, i.e. two queens? |

![]() I'm trailering my 300 GTS from the Sonoma County area to St. Paul (barring corona virus societal breakdown). I'll be camping along the road as necessary. I can carry at least one other scooter and rider who can share driving and provide conversation and or playlists. My truck camper can accommodate a person.

![]() From VCOA:
Through much deliberation and with immense regret we at Vespa Club of America announce that Amerivespa hosted by Twin Cities Scooter Collective will be postponed until 2021. "The safety and health of our members is our highest priority. We held out hope for as long as possible, but with the concerns of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) has rendered hosting this event in 2020 near to impossible. To ensure our members receive the Amerivespa they deserve, we will happily see you all in 2021 for a celebratory event in Twin Cities. " I'll be disappointed, but it's the best decision. Only another year of anticipation! ![]() |
