The E stands for electronic ignition. (You have a CDI, not points and a condenser)

This bike is identical to the PX150E and PX200E except for displacement.

You need to search around the internet and find the owners manual to any of the above. It’ll answer most of your immediate questions.

Note: Piaggio dropped the “E” on the more recent PX models since electronic ignition is now standard, but a P model without an “X” is an earlier version that lacks a number of design improvements.
