Well I'll jump right in....I have a 2014 Vespa lx150 w/7500miles. 3weeks ago I was riding, can to a stop at a red light, the oil light came on & the bike instantly died. I checked the oil & it was very low. Put oil in it, started up seemed to run fine enough to get home. Changed the oil & filter before my next ride. I drove it round 6 times it seemed to be running good. Yesterday I drove it, same thing happened, except this time the oil level is good!? What it does now....it runs fine if I don't completely let off of the throttle....if I let off the gas it'll idle for 30secs-5mins then the oil light comes on & it dies. Any thoughts?

Do you have oil leaks at the ground?
If there are no losses, my hypothesis is that it could (it is only a hypothesis) have damaged the drive shaft bearing bush ...
If the engine is liquid-cooled the head gasket could be broken with oil spillage in the cooling circuit ... worst case scenario.

Could just need the throttle body cleaned. That is a symptom.

Agreed. Something preventing good idle.
Idle drops off, oil light pops on, scooter dies. Give it throttle is OK, let off throttle, idle drops, light on, engine dies.
I don't think it's oil related - needs to regain a healthy idle.

Battery crapping out? Try charging the battery up.

If the battery can start it, it should have enough power to let it idle for at least a little while. Cleaning the throttle body would be step one, than start with the battery if that doesn't help.

I don't believe the oil pressure light coming on causes it to die. The oil pressure light comes on when the pressure gets too low, as when the engine is idling down too far and quitting. It happens quickly so it is hard to observe the exact sequence.

Idle problems are also a symptom of valves needing adjustment. At 7500 miles it might be time to check them.

First valve adjustment should not be recommended till 12 or even 18 thousand miles. Looking for the info on that.

Wow, every 4,000 miles. Do throttle body server and adjust your valves.

Air-cooled Piaggios (Vespa and Moto Guzzi) get their first valve adjustment at 600 miles (1000 km).

Thanks everyone for the feed back. Little background on me, I'm a straight up YouTube mechanic(in other words I know nothing of small engine repair w/o YouTube) lol I'm also bout 3hrs from the closest Vespa repair shop, so that's unfortunate. Anyway I'm hoping this is a bad fuel situation, as I'm in no shape to be adjusting valves or doing head jobs😅 thanks again & keep em coming👍

I think it is sufficient to control the distance between cams and valves with a simple feeler gauge, if necessary then adjust.
On other scooter engines that I saw disassembled by my mechanic (we often discuss his work) I saw perfect engines with more than 20,000 km without the need to have ever adjusted the valves; then remove only the top cover and check.

Let it idle for bout an hour, walked over to check on it & noticed the check engine light was on(still seemingly idling fine). Anyway shut it off started it back up, idle for 30mins & the engine light didn't come back on so idk?

The problem initially was that it died at idle. I was trying to see if I could get that same reaction but was unable too. So I guess that's a good thing? Hence me letting it set & idle, see if it would die again
