Got all the front plastic off my MP3 500 and found the upper front bolt on frame is bent, found i out it is a two piece so didn't have to remove the lower steering tube mount.

Have removed the front plastic from the parts bike and the bolt on frame piece I need, next is getting the leg shield off.

Placing an order for all new coolant hose and replacing the fuel line.

Scooter is going to look new as the parts only had 4,800 miles and was alway stored inside so the plastic has no fade.

Think I am going to swap over all the cables too, throttle, parking brake, tank door, seat.

Oh have to ad a thermostat to my order.

Will add pictures later.

The parts bike doesn't have holes for the reflectors on the leg shield like mine does Guess DOT didn't caught that at first. Parts bike was build 12/07, mine was built 03/08

if I remember correctly the original owner of your parts bike replaced that leg shield, the new leg shields don't have the holes in them, I have replaced a couple of them for folks.

Well my 2008 MP3 500 is going to look new again. Moving all the parts bike plastic over except I using Red Plastic the was originally on my MP3 that was swapped out years ago.
The Parts bike has been inside since it was a less that a year old and now I have covered parking at work so it shoud stay looking new.

Thinking about changing the color too. Never liked the deep factory red.
My big problem is I can't picture a color on something. Need to find pics.
Top thoughts, Nice Vespa Red, Pearl While, Blue or maybe a high vis color.

This could also be a new theme for a new Song. Like the "Psycobilly Cadillac " from Johnny Cash or maybe even Frankenstein's MP3
