Hi,
Anyone know if a PX200 engine will fit into a sprint veloce?

P200 cases will fit no problem. If the PX200 engine has an E starter that might rub against the frame though. Some metal “massaging” or notching might be required to get clearance around the starter.

Great - thanks. Very useful. Will look for one without electric starter.

..or just unbolt the starter if it gets in the way. There's 3 nuts and one little bolt that attach it to the case.

It will bolt 100%. My 1971 Sprint veloce just had a P200 engine on it until I put it on my PX150. Perviously I had a Stella LML 150cc non injected engine on it.

Yes, this was my primary scooter from 1984 until 1989. It was a Sprint Veloce with a P200 engine. I put thousands of miles on it without missing a beat.
