has anyone removed as much Tupperware as possible , and still be legal, lights ,etc, I've seen a few pics of a naked MP3. ( scooter-porn!) and I must confess it got me 'interested'! the scoot is such a complex device, with all them pipes and hoses etc, it would be a 'cool' sight with everything 'displayed'. plus it would be much easier to work on. I've been reading up on owners problems with this machine and reckon it's only gonna be a matter of time before some of these 'fuoc-ing' problems start to happen to 'piggy' and not having to 'undress' her first I can get' into the problem areas easyierly ! ????? triker

yup removed a lot of tupperware and installed a lot of tupperware. The biggest thing to over come would be light mounting front and rear.

hey old as, you got pics ? did you have fun?, I'm sure tempted! did you mount the lights on brackets? sounds like something I should try! (good to know I ain't the only nut-case with too much time on his hands!) I hope you kept pics of it 'naked', triker, Ps, old as I just re-read your response and maybe you didn't ride it without it's clothes on, in which case I just might be the Only nutcase! PPS, I seem to remember a pic online of a 'drag racing naked maxi scooter' it may have been an aprillia 500 , I have'nt been able to find it on line, was I dreaming? It was Long and Low.

Somewhere out there is a video of an engineer/inventor/ultralight pilot utilizing a stripped down MP3.
He did however exceed the FAR Part 103 rule.

Yeah Maynard, I vaguely remember that. I thought it was a gyro that was also 'road-able' with the blade locked in line. I didn't think it was a 3 wheel scoot but it was quite a while ago, my memory is really good, but doesn't last long!Ps 254# ,per 103, it would be 'gravitationally' challenged! Triker

The article mentioned by Maynard: http://www.gizmag.com/dezso-molnar-g2-gt-flying-motorcycle/34399/

That MP3/motorcycle/gyro combo vehicle looks definitively like something out of one of the Mad Max movies in my opinion.

Yep, I think that's it, 'though I seem to remember the gyro parts, rotor etc being mounted. Why would the extra weight of fuoc-ing parts versus single track front end be used on a 'fly-able vehical, . If you throw something up, and it comes down, then it's too heavy to use on an aircraft! Triker
