so I have read,,, and read some more and asked around.

Malossi MHR kit
pwk 28 mm carb (no intent moving to reed for now)
pm tuning exhaust
(banshee exhaust to be finished soon and tested) just need to weld the header
banded clutch with cr plates
t5 4th
lightened flywheel (Al Hotrod Scooters )

trying not to spend stupid amounts on this,,,, and want to move to the Smallie

the next project (turns out its just a primavera with the small glove box not ET3)

Q - is the list you posted for the engine we see in the picture?

If it is that parts list is not for that engine and you will be sending it back

and i would get something like this - until you go reed

also : we need another pink scooter one on here is not enough

Parts list
The photo is of my next project....

The pink smallie is now owned by another member on this forum.
I think there can only be one pink smallie.
The parts are going on a p200 motor for the cutdown project

I was really stuck on which brand..
Mazz. I get mixed reviews
Bgm same
Pinasco so far good reviews but chime in if not
Worb 5 good reviews

If staying rotary just get a Mazz. Inlet will need to be fully opened. At least 190 degrees. 30mm carb is minimum for an MHR.

Good plan there Roliver. I think the Mazzy would be good. I've also seen mixed reviews, but in my research; they all have mixed reviews and opinions. Tamenini is another option that is supposed to be high end, but I have no personal experiece.

To those interested - That Pink Smallie is in my stable, patiently waiting for attention at some point in the future. its a '64 90, just needs a motor; and the time and budget to build it. I'm open to input; but lets not thread jack

if you're tight with hot rod Al why not ask him to build something out for you? a johnny kick as rod kit is like 80 bones and then you can get it cut back to exactly what you want timing wise. then you wind up with something that's damn near bomb poof.

i anyway, i'm sure mazz, bgm or tami would be fine for your app. everybody has mixed reviews these days. if you've got the dosh, maybe spring for a worb unit. but if i were in your shoes, i'd hit up Al and keep the money in the family if at all possible.

hot rod al
I do talk to him just about every day but I was just trying to minimize what I throw at him due to him being so busy with other things. I just sent him the flywheel and he will be working on some smallie stuff as well. for the sake of this bike I am not going to be trying to push the limits with this kit, Al gave it to me in trade so we are going to set it up in the range of 20 to 25 hp.
