Bought off of a high school friend here in Philly. It's been in his mom's garage since mid 70s. First pics are of the chassis when I first dissassembled.
sanded, cleaned primed, ready for some (but not much) bondo
Decided to do a rattle can job using rustoleum primer, paint and clearcoat. I'm going to deviate from "vintage" silver paint and go for a sea mist metallic blue.
Struggling with sourcing the body trim, all I find for a complete kit is in India and that has delivery for July-ish.
motor went to local mechanic and is rebuilt
body is repainted and clear coated a bianchi metallic green color..... looks amazing but clear coat can be better
as for the keg stand..... I home brew, not sure if that is going to become a new brew kettle or a chiminea for the back patio.
