Anyone help identify where this squeak is coming from?

Good evening all! My 2009 MP3 500 developed a squeak that I am not competent enough in how the internal parts connect to understand where it is coming from. One unique thing is when I loosen bolt to the clutch driven assembly and spin the rear wheel (either direction) the squeak goes away completely. As soon as I tighten it back up, it reappears.

I am about 3 hours from the closest dealer, so I do quite a bit of maintenance myself, but not enough to be able to figure everything out.
