If bottom carb box or anything below that is not wet, start looking at that rear axle seal or clutch cover. Need to remove the rear wheel to see whats going on.

Try permatex motosel to seal the exhaust when installing.

How is your fuel shut off? Reason asking the exhaust shouldnít have oil dripping out unless itís over jetted or something else.

Oil on that side of the time wouldnít come from the exhaust, more like the clutch breather, cover or rear hub seal.

Clean the motor real good, dust it with baby powder and take it for a ride.

If you still suspect your clutch side seal, youíll be blowing billowing white smoke and starting will be more difficult up to the point the seal is toast. You can also check your gear oil for gasoline mixing with it.

It then looks like your oil injection pump is pushing way too much oil into the engine. Assuming you are still using oil injection the thing is probably stuck in the full throttle position.
