Howdy,
My old carrier is only rated for 400lb and my 2009 GTS 250 weighs in at 333lbs.
I'm asking for suggestions on a new carrier that's easy for one person to handle. I want something that if my Vespa is tied down properly, doesn't have allot of movement when I'm traveling long distances.

Appreciate any recommendations,

Most vehicles have a class III hitch and they're maxed out at 400-500 lbs total, so the 400lbs carrier is standard to account for unsprung weight, ilke when going over bumps. This heavy duty carrier is rated for up to 500lbs, just make sure the hitch on your vehicle can support it.

Thanks, but a 100 lb carrier is too heavy.
