You'll have to contact Old as Dirt about the flooboards.
As for lowering the bike, I would recommend a set of shorter shocks instead. If I recall correctly, the stock shock is 16" long, so getting a pair of 14" shocks would lower the seat 2 inches at the back, which translates to roughly 1 inch where you're putting your feet down...
