My Liberty 150 was perfect for my mission when I bought it and always performed perfectly as well. But, it helped me discover that I really liked scooters for getting around in FL, a lot! Well, mission creep led me to feel my Liberty was holding me back and after a mucho research, felt like the Yamaha Xmax 300 was the machine for me. Really wanted to explore the BV 350 but there are none to be found (new) anywhere near me. So, I did the deed. With your permission, I'll remain a lurker here. So much great info and comradery. Thanks MV!

Congrats on the new Xmax! It is a nice bike, lots to like about it; quite a step up in performance from a Liberty. My wife loves her Xmax, doesn't care much for my GTS. We both checked out the BV 350 - I think it may be a slightly stronger performer than the Xmax... but she found the Xmax more comfortable and better under-seat storage. Plenty of good options in that segment.

You can stay, of course ... you have to.
Having a Piaggio scooter is just the entrance ticket (I had three) but then Yamaha and always Yamaha ... what can you do with them, they will not be fascinating vehicles but they are very solid.
Keep us updated so you will no longer be a lurker.

Thanks Attila! Lurker means just sitting in the background watching.

Or in the case of MV - reading posts on the site, but not posting yourself.
