Yes, I have a 150 Super with VBC frame and the engine requires a flywheel puller to remove the flywheel like the PX series.

The videos from Sausage on Vespa engine rebuild are worth their weight in gold.

The scooter west videos are good too.

Is there a source to purchase these videos without any hardware media? I found only DVDs on eBay but I can't play them on my phone.
