The headlight bulb has two filaments in it. The high beam one may be toast.

I'm not familiar with the 50 at all, if the above diagram is correct the horn is dc.
The diagram also shows a high beam indicator. Does yours work? If not it may mean both are burned out, or there another common problem. Start with the easy first and check the bulbs.
As for the horn, pull it and connect it to a battery of the proper voltage and see if it works.
