I ordered a tool to measure my jets from now on.
I had a 142 main, my plug looked like I was running a bit lean. I had tossed a 145 in a few days ago, "soft" seized on a long straightaway. Comparing the jets, the 145 was significantly smaller than the 142. Put the 142 back in for the ride home and it was smooth sailing. I had been chasing my tail with this for a bit assuming my jets were marked correctly.
Mislabeled jet was a SIP jet.-Since I haven't measured any this may be a fluke I will be checking them all from now on.
