Modern Vespa

Hi,

I was hoping someone could help!

I don’t know much about Vespas or any bikes to be honest, but I am looking to buy my partner a new seat for his project Vespa.

What I know is that it is an ET 50, 2002 (52) reg.

If anyone could recommend a place to buy one from, and what specific one I need, that would be super helpful!

Bonus points for any links!

And extra bonus points if it is a brown/Camel coloured one!

you can fit any seat that fits an LX50/LX150 as well...you just have to take your lock out of the old seat and put it in the new one...

You said a new seat - not sure if that means literally new, or new-to-you?

jixaw mentioned you can use an LX seat. I am not sure this is true, only because ScooterWest does not list ET in it's compatible bikes / "Scooter Fit", but you could give them a call if you wanted the tan seat:

i have an lx50 seat on my ET2 and confirm it fits perfectly with no mods needed...the one change is that the lock is now on the left side inside of the right, but this doesnt seem to affect anything

i think the lx50 seat is more comfortable than the stock et2 seat

What is wrong with your seat? I have a cheeky seat cover for sale on the classieds.

It is all broken as he bought the whole thing as spares and repairs and has since done the whole thing up also he just wants a new one

I have an S50 seat on mine and it's nice. The seats are interchangeable between the LX/S and ET models.
