I think this is the part between the lever and the carb. the end that isnt a hook slides onto the lever at the break in the triangle (if that makes sense). Not sure about the carb side. Hope that helps !https://www.scooterwest.com/choke-wire-022740.html

Yes, I have the spring and choke wire, but as you can see, how the spring/choke lever is attached/bolted to the seat, is unclear.

Sorry guys, my stupidity. After I had a good look at the choke lever, I realized that it bolts to the underside of the seat bracket.
