Yes, I'm a new owner of a 2003 Piaggio LT150, but have some questions I hope someone here can help me with.

First; how do I find a service manual. The links I've found online have lead me nowhere, so they may have been outdated. (from my next questions you'll see why I need the manual)

second; How does the Glove box work??? I've pulled on the little indented handle in the front by my knees, but it doesnt budge... is there a lock to that?

third; below the speedometer there is a little gray pad with a couple nubs on it.... does that control anything? When I press it, nothing happens.

Any LT150 tips I should know about?

Congratulations on your new 150! Post pics. We like pics. Strange that yours is badged LT150? ET4 continued until 2005 or so.

The little grey nubs are to set the clock, which due to the insane amount of work required to replace the little button (357?) battery, almost nobody keeps it up. Except me. I like Garage Therapy. It's like Group Therapy without the Group.

Owners' manuals can be found in the Wiki and many other places. If you like paper as I do, hit up ScooterPartsCo, ScooterWest even eBay and others.

The glove box on my 2003 ET4 opens when you push in the ignition switch - where the key goes - really hard. Or at least 40 percent of the time it does. The hooky thing is for grocery bags. The glove box will NOT open when the key is in the steering lock position - at least not on the ET. Yours may be similar.

If it's 2003 then it can't be an LT150 (2010 earliest) or an LX150 (2006 model year earliest) and those are vastly different models.

Perhaps it's an ET150 as opined above?

The grey panel with two 'nubs' is a battery powered clock, and the battery has run down. A bit of a PITA to replace, so most of us just con't bother.

Quick response. I had an '03 LT150. The hook thing is just that- a hook to hang a bag onto. The globe compartment is opened by pushing the key "in". Sorry can't help with the manuals...

I loved my 2003 LT150. It’s a great scooter of high quality.

I sold it to an Italian fellow who was in D.C. for a short stint. He was specifically looking for an LT. I think that shows how well regarded the LT is to Italians.

I can now open up the glove box.... not sure what I could put in there, and yes, the clock batteries are probably long dead.
We're having fun with the little scooter, and already put a carrier on the back of our RV to take it across country.... I retire in 5 days, so can't wait to get on the road. thanks again for all your help and insight.

The Piaggio LT150 for a 2003 was a great lil scooter.....most were sold as leftovers in 2004 for about $2100 out the door.

I bought a blue one, wish I still had it.

If I ever find the sales brochures I will forward them to you.
