Has anyone ordered from this warehouse and had good luck in shipping to US

I've bought lots of parts from them. No problems at all. Just remember you are getting parts for scooters intended for the EU market. Lighting is different, no evap canister, etc.

Air-freighted in. I can get items from SIP quicker than US suppliers, even those in the same State (CA).

At checkout you’re given a few carrier options. I believe rates are based on weight.

I placed my first order with them a few months ago, two rims and a bunch of parts. I want to say shipping was about USD $80 to ship to CA. I’ve got a cart going with some smaller items and UPS is about $27. Waiting to add to it to maximize the shipping cost.

I will say there was a slight delay with shipping, as I had received an email that I was under charged. I assume it was an exchange rate thing. A small amount.. $6 or something. Once that was sorted it was only a few days before I received the goodies.

Everything was well packed and they use great little SIP baggies that are good to have in the garage.

I bought new wheels from them. Even with shipping, it was cheaper than available in the US.

Same with Urban Rider in the UK: the most impressive online shopping experience I've ever had I'd getting merch from Europe to my door in 36 hours.

I just received a SIP 70s rack and some small accessories. The shipping was very economical and it arrived within 6 days from Germany to Portland Oregon. Not sure how much bigger shipments would be but I was very happy with the overall transaction...

I ordered parts from Sip on Feb.21 on Ups today for delivery (26) .I think that’s good turn around time

The only issue I've had is there minimum order rules. I needed a small part not available in the US but couldn't order it due to there rules. Fortunately my local shop was placing an order and I piggybacked on theres...

SIP are good. I am in the UK so since BREXIT deliveries are slower because there is extra time due to having to pay VAT charges to the shipper now. It only applies above 135 GBP so beat to keep orders below that amount. They no longer charge German sales tax so I don’t think its more expensive.

I appreciate their transparency on inventory levels as well as updated info on when they expect inventory replenishment. You can also set alerts on out of stock items that you're looking at and be notified when that item comes in.
