I just purchased a “Marco Tornado” for my Gilera Fuoco. I’m hoping to find a nice place to mount it in the front end of the bike behind the plastic. Any, and all comments/suggestions are welcomed.
Thx!

Remove the front splash liner and find a suitable location.

Note that you MUST use a separate relay and wiring harness to drive that horn.

Can the stock horn button be used with the relay (after switching to bigger gauge wire and using relay)?

You keep the stock horn button AND the stock relay.

The wire coming from the stock relay to the stock horn is then attached to the auxiliary relay to act as a trigger wire for blowing the aftermarket horn.

In other words, you just need to fabricate a simple fused wiring harness to get power from the battery to the auxiliary relay and onto the horn.

These vids pretty much describes it perfectly on a Vespa
