Personally I wouldn't waste my money on that. I would look for something that has more girth to it and is specifically designed to protect a bike from theft, like this one.

Here in Finland motorcyclists praise this. I was also thinking of getting one. Obvious upside is that you wouldn't forget to unlock your disc-brake

I use a kryptonic lock "New York Chain" to chain up to a pole and the second one is a scorpio alarm..

The scorpio alarm works great! has alot of features.. and its a 2way pager. it pages you if someone tries to take it !! and its loud!!!

Hmmm, this does look neat, but I am concerned about it being strong enough. As a secondary lock though.. and tha Scorpio, now those three together should be damned effective.

I only 2 items I have to locking my bike are the alarm and chain lock... I feel really safe leaving it anywhere downtown.. sometime even without the chain.

I am going to purchase some of the accessories this year 3 stage perimeter sensor, and the maybe the be the back up power system (remote ingition disabler)

Check it out! I think is one of the top alarms out there.. I recommend it
great pimpin gadget!

I saw one at a Vespa dealer and was quite impressed! I worried about forgetting to remove the disk lock, but motion alarm is quite loud. A nice feature is that the alarm will reset itself (unlike some car alarms that keep going ... and going ... and going ...)
