If the frame is indeed bent as I think you're describing, then the answer is, nope. It's totalled. Very very sorry. Can you post a pic so we can make certain that we understand what you're describing?
I let an idiot drive my scooter about 500 feet and he dropped it! the frame bent at the seam (LX150) where the floorboard begins. Has anyone had to make this repair? expensive? A frames repairable?
That's a real drag. I'm having trouble picturing the damage, though -- can you post a picture?
Dents might be able to be pounded out, but major damage to the frame, like jrsjr said, probably means that it's totaled.
That truly sucks... all the more reason to not let anyone ride your personal scoot, unless you REALLY trust them to behave, or they really know what they're doing.
Years ago, I let a guy's girlfriend ride a Honda 400 that I had just bought, because she was going to get one just like it. Needless to say, she dropped it after about 10 feet, totally screwing up the paint on the front fender and scraping all the chrome up on the exposed rear shocks.

If I understand you, you're saying the damage is at the bottom of the front cowl, where it mates with the with the floor pan. Is it ride worthy? Does it track in a straight line?
