I read the post in the tech section regarding bulbs for the GT. It does not list a bulb for the running light/city light in the headlamp assy. Anyone know the replacement p/n?

Also, can you run a higher wattage headlamp? I would like to go with a 65w or so if possible.

TIA

I'm not certain what kind of bulb the "city light" bulb is, nor am I quite certain why it's even there. The headlamp is indeed H4, or at least pin-compatible with H4, I think there are other lower-power versions of that pin/socket combo.

I would personally be leery of bumping up the power consumption of that bulb, as I'm not entirely sure the electrical system can handle the additional draw. It might be just fine, though... guess there's only one way to find out.

i would not run a hotter H4
people have tried on the Stella fourm & melted thier new headlight lens (upgraded PX headlight is plastic)

as for the city light i have a thing for LEDs & put a Piaa wedge bulb in
they run 30 bucks for the pair
